Your First Visit to Our Cincinnati Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

New practice members often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.

Make Yourself at Home

You’ll find plenty of convenient parking and a well-lit parking lot. You’ll be greeted by name when you enter our office and given a short tour to get you acquainted with our facilities. Allow between 1 - 11/2 hours for your first appointment.

If you’ve already completed your admitting paperwork, great! If not, after doing so we’ll likely show you a short 5-minute video and then you’ll meet Dr. Joseph Everhart.

We Explain Everything First

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals, answer your concerns and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem. The initial findings will be explained before our Chiropractic Assistants perform a subluxation scan and an X-ray (if necessary). Once the doctor has reviewed your scan results, you will be given your first adjustment. You will then be directed back to the front desk to schedule your next appointment and given some pamphlets to take home to read.

Practice Members appreciate that we explain everything in advance!

Dr. Joseph Asks some important questions of interest to Cincinnati residents - Chiropractor Cincinnati Dr. Joseph Asks...

How could chiropractic help a stomach problem?
Chiropractic works by locating and reducing areas of the spine compromising nerve communications between your brain and your body. If nerves to or from your stomach are irritated, your stomach won't work right. Chiropractors find the source of the interference, reduce it and allow your body to work as designed.
How long does it take to form a bone spur?
Many who begin chiropractic care think their problem happened "last week when you bent over funny." But pictures of the spine tell a different story. Chiropractors know it can take your body years to deposit the calcium necessary to form a bone spur. It's your body's response to stress due to gravity or joint malfunction. And chiropractic care can help.
